Sports Science in Sporting Success (SSSS)

Sports Science in Sporting Success (SSSS). Developed by a team of sport specialists from the National Institute of Education, SSSS is a scientific and holistic approach to understanding and practising the principles of science during training and competition. SSSS will help youths get the most out of their sporting pursuits at training, practice or competition. Harvesting success in sports is both an art and a science and paying heed to the contents of this website will equip youths with the knowledge to harnessing their sporting talent safely and effectively.
